Here's the thing... I have been there before. Stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed out and confused.

I knew in my heart that I had so much potential. So much more to give to the world. And yet I found myself hiding and playing small for too long. 

I have big hopes, dreams and goals, just like you, and what I know to be true is that sometimes I need a loving kick in the pants, someone who can help us see what is possible and hold us accountable to being the best version of ourselves in order to make our dreams a reality.
